The Story
Mints & honey is a neighborhood cafe and an event design studio based in San Carlos, California founded by sister duo, Canna and Dot in 2005. We began our journey with a floral design studio. Back then we were two passionate people inspired by nature and flowers and desperately wanted to do something fun and creative. Our work has been featured on Sunset magazine, the Knot, Style Me Pretty, 100 Layers Cake and many more. We are lucky to meet and build friendships with many interesting and talented people who not only share our passion but also teach us about everything from photoshop, floral design to small business management. In April 2015, we opened our party venue with the desire to create a gathering space for family and friends to unplug, connect and celebrate. We have since expanded again. Now our café opens on weekdays serving handcrafted coffee and tea, daily fresh french pastries to our neighbors. Be sure to come by and say hello!
